Who we hire, and what teaching with us is like
We work with graduates, postgraduates, retired and serving school teachers and experienced private tutors living in and around Pimpri-Chinchwad. What matters most is not the number of degrees but whether a student understands the subject better at the end of the hour than at the start — which is precisely what the teaching demo in our selection process measures.
What we look for
- Strong command of at least one subject at the level you want to teach.
- Prior experience with the relevant board — CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE or Maharashtra State Board.
- Reliability: turning up on time, every week, and finishing the syllabus you commit to.
- Patience with students who are behind, anxious or reluctant, which is most students who need tuition.
- Valid photo identity and qualification documents for verification.
How the work reaches you
You never have to advertise or negotiate. We collect enquiries, understand each requirement, and send you students who match your subjects, level and locality, so travel stays short. Timings are yours to set: many of our tutors teach two or three evenings a week alongside a full-time job, while others build a full weekly schedule with us.
Payments and support
Fees are agreed before you begin and paid on a regular schedule, with no chasing of parents for money. A coordinator handles rescheduling, parent communication and any difficulty with a family, and can share teaching resources and question banks. Tutors who deliver consistent results receive first refusal on new students in their area.
