Before you call
What to tell us, and what happens next
The more you can tell us in your first message, the faster we can find the right tutor. Useful details are the student's class and school board, the subjects that are going wrong, roughly where marks stand today, your locality in PCMC, and the days and times that realistically work after school. If you are not sure which subjects need attention, say so — the diagnostic assessment exists exactly for that situation.
Our response, step by step
- We call you back within 24 hours, usually the same day, to understand the requirement properly.
- You receive up to three matched tutor profiles with qualifications, experience and availability.
- A free demo class is scheduled at your home, or online, at a time you choose.
- If you are happy, weekly classes begin — commonly within 48 hours of the first call.
